Patagonia's Kids' Balaclava stretches for a motion-friendly fit, has a long cowl for full neck coverage, and features an adjustable face opening to match conditions. The stretchy Polartec® Power Dry® polyester and spandex fabric has a smooth hand, dries quickly, and wicks moisture. The brushed interior adds a touch of luxury to bitter-cold temperatures. I bought this for both of my children and so far I am very pleased. We live in Buffalo NY and needless to say it can get a bit chilly. Before I bought these the kids would complain about cold faces and heads when we went sledding. Scarves and other coverings proved too bulky and never stayed on properly. The complaints have stopped with the warmth these provide and we no longer have to make constant adjustments to keep them on the hills.
