Versatility meets functionality in the Patagonia 3-in-1 Snowshot jacket. Patagonia serves up some of their best technology in this component jacket. You get time-tested two-layer H2No barrier waterproof and breathable construction in the outer shell matched with a warm Thermogreen® synthetic insulated liner jacket. Both make great standalone jackets; together, they deliver awesome cold weather performance. You’ll find all the field-proven features you would expect from Patagonia like pit zips, a powder skirt that connects to your favorite Patagonia pants and a removable, helmet compatible hood. You’ll love the Snowshot with its liner on storm days, and you can wear the shell or the liner solo in fair weather. The liner jacket has casual town wear written all over it. The jacket is great for multiple purposes. I use it for playing golf and around town but I also anticipate using it for running and hiking. The blue is a bit lighter than I thought.

Great Three Season Jacket
April 08, 2012

I am 6' 210 lbs and I find myself somewhere between a Large and XLarge. I took a gamble and ordered a Large and it fits me well. The only thing that is a little tight is the powder skirt. The powder skirt is not removable from this jacket so whenever you wear the outer shell you will definitely notice the tightness of the skirt. It's not really a hindrance but its certainly something you will notice once you put the jacket on. Keep this in mind especially if you are thicker around the hips. Overall, this is a very comfortable jacket. Other than that, this is a great jacket. I have worn the liner on its own and it has definitely passed the test of breathability so as to not be too hot (55-60ish degrees) and warm enough to wear when the temperature dips into the low 40s. The outer shell has proven to be breathable as well as water proof through fairly substantial rain. I have not had the opportunity to hit the snow with this thing. But given that I have worn both the inner and outer shells separately, I have no concern for this jacket keeping me warm and dry on the slopes. All in all, this is a ski jacket worth looking into. It's versatility and the quality of each layer is phenomenal.

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Ease of use, Great value
