Best Underwear Ever
March 18, 2012
I've been wearing Patagonia's capeline boxers for about 15 years. The latest version is by far the best (improved and incredibly comfortable waistband, thinner silkweight, great colors). Highly recommended. I won't wear anything else.Pros: Great design, Build quality

I just love my Patagonia boxers...need I say more? The Calpilene is lighter and softer in the latest incantation which is a definite plus. These things don't fall apart. I have several pair that are 10+ years old and still look brand new.Pros: Great design, Build quality, Ease of use, Great value, Lasts forever, Performance
May 17, 2011
I've been an enthusiastic wearer of the silk version of these shorts for several years. I decided o try the capilene version since it was on sale. I like them just as well.Pros: Build quality, comfort
July 11, 2011
Since I have been very happy with Patagonia Capilene underwear for winter activities I decided to try boxers. I have not been disappointed. I find them extremely comfortable when weather gets hot. I also like to wear boxers under waders during summer fishing trips.Pros: Build quality, Performance
Comfortable and lightweight
May 23, 2011
These Patagonia boxers are so comfortable. You barely notice you are wearing them, and when the weather turns warm, these breathe well to keep you cool. I could not be happier with this purchase.Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Ease of use

This is my fourth pair and they are simply the best. Very comfortable, dry quickly and a pleasure to wear. The only downside is that they are pricey. My thoughts are you get what you pay for and these are worth it!Pros: Build quality, Cons: Cost

The fit is true to size. That great roomy boxer feel. They are so light weight and comfortable. Even in a hot and humid climate they stay dry which means you feel dry and comfortable. Another great Patagonia product. I am so satisfied I am buying more.Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance
Can' beat patagonia
May 17, 2011
Patagonia capilene boxers are the best. I have been a patagonia customer for over 15 years. These boxers can't be beat for comfort and durability. A pair will last for years!Pros: Build quality, Lasts forever, comfort
Great for travel
September 26, 2011
Got these for travel in the tropics and love them. Less fabric than the ex-officio brand and provides more air-flow than other synthetic boxer briefs. Easy to wash in the sink, dries fast, and seems like it will last a really long time.Pros: Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance, Ease of use

Once you wear these, it's hard to wear anything else. They are made to last and silkweight capilene is a great fabric that works perfectly for this application; it wicks and is silky smooth. When I travel, they are easy to hand wash and they dry in just a few hours.Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance, Ease of use, Cons: Cost
Great Boxers! Love to add more to my wardrobe.
April 11, 2012
This is my first pair of polyester boxers. I can't believe how comfortable these are. Great base layer! Great for everyday use and also great on the trial. Love to able to wash them in a river/lake/sink and have them dry and ready to wear/pack away. I will never backpack without out them. The material is very soft and yet also very durable. Sizing seemed spot on. Looking forward to getting a few more for the rest of the days of the week.Pros: Build quality, Performance

Great fit, great feel.
March 11, 2011
These, like all Patagonia Capilene products are great. They wick moisture amazingly and breathe just as well. They are a very lightweight material that helps keep you cool in warm weather conditions. Much cooler than the Patagonia Active Wear Boxers which are Capilene 2 instead of Capilene 1. The waist band is one of the most comfortable I have ever worn, and the material is so light and quick drying that even if you are soaked to the bone, they dry within minutes.Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance, Ease of use, Great value
Comfort Like not wearing the boxers
July 16, 2011
the name of silkweight tells you everything !! patagonia Capilene 1 Boxers is Smooth and Lightweight as silk but durable and a fast-drying after rain and humid weather.. it is the ideal underwear for traveling or trekking In hot and humid weather! I bought only three pairs this time. I want to buy more Boxers after wearing these actually.Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance

A Product That You Will Buy Again And Again
January 12, 2012
The Patagonia Capilene 1 Boxers have to be the most comfortable boxers that I have ever owned. They are lightweight and keep you cool and comfortable when you need it most. I own several pairs that I purchased several years ago and wear on a regular basis, and they are still in great shape. The materials never seems to show any wear like other boxer shorts that I own. This is truly a product that I keep coming back to year after year.Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance, Great value
September 12, 2011
Work exactly as advertised. Very breathable and light and let you move freely. They don't ride up like cotton boxers if you're hiking or climbing. They're synthetic - so I'd be careful with them in the dryer.Pros: Performance
What a Deal!!!
March 03, 2012
Typically, I purchase these comfy Patagonia boxers when they go on sale at our local Patagonia store but, unfortunately, they were already sold out when I got there. I searched for them online and found them at an even better price at Altrec.com. SO happy & delivered very quickly. I will definitely buy them here from now on.Pros: Great design, Lasts forever, Performance
The comfort is so intense
