Capilene Sport Briefs Comfort To The Max
Thes sport briefs are the best thing any hard sweating man could want to wear. I trenched them riding my mountain bike in hot, humid and raining weather and felt no discomfort. It felt like they were a second skin. Get them!

Like second skin
I haven't worn briefs since I was I in high school. But after I started running, I realized I needed the support to prevent chaffing. So after some intense research on jocks and sports briefs, I settled on the Patagonia Men's Capilene Sport Brief. They fit very comfortably, almost like a second skin. I didn't even feel them when I was running in them. I bought three pairs of them and have no regrets. These are great for any kind of sport activity. Highly recommended.

Excellent underwear
These underwear are great, maybe a little warm or the hottest days of summer but they give you plenty of support where you need it most. I have a 34 inch waist and the mediums fit perfectly.

ok, I will write about my underwear.....they are awesome
skiing, watersports and just about anything in this brief is not only more comfortable than cotton but wicks away the moisture. They are really great for anything I wear - suits to GoreTex and dry easy. I will likley not by any other type of short underwear. Oh yeah, and they are not wearing out or loosing any form....

Excellent Brief!!
Great product for backpacking and mountaineering. This wondeful Brief always keeps me from getting wet by absorbing moisture very quickly, which is an essential part of pleasurable hiking, cycling and climbing etc.......I recomend this product without any doubt. Better to choose one size down.

Great - but for me it's the I'll take the light weight briefs.
These are well built and function really well but I don't like the cut on these as well as I do the light weight briefs. The waist band rides up a little too high for me and a little too much coverage in the back. Also, these seem to run a little on the big size - if I were to order more I'd go with the Medium instead of the Large (by the way - I have a 32 inch waist).

Great for active outdoor activities
I used to ski in cotton underware, then one day realized that everything else I wear (long underware, socks, jackets, pants, etc) is synthetic. It only took me 20 years to do something about it... These are fantastic. No bunching, they don't absorb moisture or get wet and they are comfortable and proportioned right. My only very slight complaint is that they are a little itchy. But I'm sure after a couple of washes, that will not be an issue. And, they are great for travel or vacationing, because you can wash them in the sink of your hotel room and they're dry in a few hours.

Loved the original version
I haven't been able to try these so I can't testify to how well they work. But as far a fit they give a wicked wedgy. The pair I bought 3 years ago didn't have this problem.
