Medium is perfect size for 6'3", 175# male. Sleeve length is generous as is the case in all the Patagonia shirts I've purchased thus far. A very soft, super comfortable yet durable, go-to shirt - can't go wrong with this one.

I own two of these shirts and I couldn't be happier with them. They're high quality and very soft. I normally wear a size medium in most clothes, so I was surprised that the small fit me perfectly (I was able to try the shirt on at my local Patagonia shop).

I've been a patagoniac for over 20 years, and a lover of their pima cotton shirts for as long as well. I still have one from back then, still in good enough condition to wear, though my wife "borrowed" it from me some years back. And another 10 year old model disappeared from my closet only to be seen heading out the front door clothing my teenage son. The quality is great, the styling timeless. I just bought another one a few weeks back, a new one in Owens:classic navy, and I've already received a "thumbs up" from my wife and son. Better lock this puppy away or it'll be walking off to someone else's closet! Great look, great quality, great style.

I have been slowly collecting the Patagonia Pima Cotton Shirt for a couple of years. I am 5' 10", 170 lbs. and the medium fits me perfectly. The colors are unique and the shirts come out of the dryer ready to wear. Can't go wrong!

The organic cotton is all that needs to be said. This long sleeve shirt is very comfotable and pretty true to its size. Great for those cool mornings and warm days !!

Weird sizing

I found the sizing of this shirt to not fit me well. I'm 6' 190 lbs., and the Large was too long in the torso, extremely long in the arms, and a bit too roomy in the midsection. On the plus side, it appears to have the usual very high quality of Patagonia products, and the color scheme was nice, but I had to return it because it just didn't fit well.

I've only worn this shirt once, but I have several older models of this shirt, and the quality seems to be the same--very good. It's soft and durable but not too thick. The sizing is larger than normal (and what it used to be on this shirt), which is good for me, as I'm 5'10'', about 170, and usually I'm right between a M and L in most cases, fitting too tight in the chest and arms in M but too baggy around the mid in L. This shirt in a M fits me about perfectly, and I plan to order more.

Great shirt. I am 5'10" and 170 lbs. and usually always wear a size Large shirt. These shirts fit a little big so a Medium actually fits me perfect. Shirt is very comfortable and soft and although I have not worn it much yet Patagonia always seems to be very durable.

Patagonia shirts fill my closet b/c they last, and they look good. Most cotton casual shirts shrivel up on the placket and require ironing before you wear it. I don't have time for that so I continually look to patagonia. Excellent quality.

I love this shirt. It is very comfortable and very soft. It can be dressed up for going out to dinner or a night on the town. It is also equally at home in the woods or on the hiking trail. The shirt is very solidly constructed and I am sure I will get many years of use. The colors that this shirt comes in are great! I get complements on this shirt all the time. The fit seemed to be very true. Great shirt!
