Great layer for a cool day

I love this shirt and end up wearing it all of the time. It's the perfect shirt to wear over a t-shirt on a cool (but not cold day) here in the SF Bay Area. The fit is great too, it's trim without being tight and restrictive, and I have pretty broad shoulders as well. I've tried layer shirts from other brands but never find they fit right, they are either just way too tight, or when I go to a larger size they are way too boxy. Patagonia did a great job here at creating an athletic fit shirt.

I have been wearing Patagonia organic cotton T's for both short sleeves and long sleeves for long time. They are great for daily use and perfect for casual wearing as they have nice logos and graphics. However when it comes to some sports-oriented activities, the cotton ones are bit bulky and do not wick when they get wet with sweat; thus I do not feel comforable later. Still I wasn't for technical T's as they look too sporty and cannot be worn when not in sports scenes. These polarized T's changed my mind. They appear to have removed my beefs. I feel comfortable and look cool at the same time . I haven't tried in the field. But they look as functional as I imagine.
