When you're trail running, hiking, climbing or skiing and you need some extra protection to lock in warmth around your core, zip into the Patagonia Piton Hybrid Vest for men. Wear it as a mid-layer on alpine missions or as a top layer in milder conditions. The construction features durable Polartec® Wind Pro® Hardface® fabric on the front, wrapping over the shoulders and down to mid-back, to shed snow and fend off wind. On the sides and back, the vest utilizes super breathable, stretchy and wicking Polartec Power Dry® fabric, creating a body-mapped design for optimal comfort. Two zip pockets on the front are compatible with your pack and harness.

Men's Piton Hybrid Vest is just right

This vest is a perfect fit for any man with a slim fit. It is slightly elastic and fits without excess fabric. It is long in the waist so it comes down below belt line which is also perfect. Great appearance and just the right weight. Novel new fabric is good at blocking wind.

Perfect Vest alone or under a Shell

I purchased this vest for my son, who is tall and thin. The length is great. The fleece is warm and light, the perfect combination. He will wear it as casual outerware or underneath a shell for snowboarding. It does fit a little large through the waist.

Great Vest For XC Skiing

This is a great, form-fitting vest with windrpoof front and breathable sides and back. It is meant to protect against on-coming cold wind and dissipate heat in other areas. I laballed it cold because it breathes very well and therefore is not meant to be a warm vest; it's meant to release heat under strenuous activity so the rating is a compliment. And by rating it running small I just meant it is form-fitting. I bought a size-larger than I buy for "regular" outerwear like jackets and it fits very well.
