So light pant
Its size fits me a little large, But I still like it, it is so light and can provide me warm. Ever before, I was always looking for such a baselayer pant, lightweight ,warm and comfy, I had a Arc'teryx Rho ar bottom, but that one is a little heavy while provides warm. Now I don't fear the cold winter and could go anywhere with so light pant.

light weight and warm
I was hoping these pants were going to be the outer ware pants i had made from the same material, but alas they weren't and I'm glad I bought them anyway. They are warm and supply great and not bulky insulation under my dry suit

Stay warm and dry at the same time!
Patagonia makes the world's best base layers and the Men's R1 Pants are the warmest in their lineup while keeping the Patagonia reputation for breathability. Add in the stretchability and you have the best of all world's when temperatures turn really cold.

Though each Patagonia® product is designed and shaped specifically for its intended use, we can generalize our fit descriptions in four ways:
Formfitting: Conforms to the body's contours.
Slim Fit: Closer-fitting. Slim-fitting technical garments may be worn over baselayers and light midlayers.
Regular Fit: Neither slim nor oversized. Regular-fitting technical garments may be worn over heavier midlayers.
Relaxed Fit: Drapes loosely on the body.
Classic Boy Fit: Boxy, athletic, with a traditional crew neck.
Anika Fit: Formfitting and longer in the torso, with a wider, deeper neck (not quite scoop).
