Its unique variable-fiber structure, updated with a matte finish and greater warmth, ensures optimal breathability while offering toasty, low-bulk core insulation. Stretchy R1? (now made with 60%-recycled polyester) lines the inner collar for next-to-skin comfort. The vest has a new, easy-to-use regular-coil zipper front, welded-in zippers on the hand pockets, and forward-set shoulder seams for pack-wearing comfort. 100% recyclable through the Common Threads Recycling Program.

• R2?: 7.4-oz (Polartec? Thermal Pro?) polyester. R1?: 6.5-oz 98% polyester (60% recycled)/2% spandex (Polartec Power Dry?) treated with a wicking finish.
• New matte-finished R2 fabric is light, stretchy and compressible, with great breathability
• Updated R2 fabric features higher loft from improved variegated fibers with longer insulating tall fibers and more dense, supportive short fibers
• Directional knit construction increases dry time and speeds moisture transport
• Inner collar and cuffs lined with R1? (made with recycled polyester) for skin comfort
