Theses shorts have a nice light feel to them but the material appears to be made for good wear. The slight stretch makes them great for sporting activities. The waste seems true to size and the legs give provide ample room.

These stretch board shorts are great for all around use. I've used them for the pool/beach, yoga, running, fitness workouts and just lounging around in the summer. They are quick drying and do not retain odor after repeated use. I highly recommend them for all purpose summer shorts. They are an exact fit to your waistline. My first pair was a size 30 (and I was a size 30 at the time). When I lost another inch in my waist to 29, the size 30 shorts were just a little lose even when tied as tight as possible.

Best board shorts I've owned. Fit great, not too long, not too short. The stretch is good, comparable to other companies stretch fabrics, but doesn't feel near as flimsy. The seams are great when you're sitting on your board in the water, no rash. The sizing is right on with other patagonia shorts, aka true to size. I liked them enough to get multiple colors. Verygood.

These are ridiculously good. The fit fairly true to size, maybe a tad big, but that is the only thing not great I have to say about them. The stretch enables unhindered mobility for whatever you do pre or post swim, the material dries in a matter of minutes, seconds if you are using a towel and the Ozonic Green is an unreasonable fantastic color. I'm 6'1", about 170 and a 31 is great, it slides up a little in water, but never down. Great product.
