Got a great price & great service. Altrec is my first stop for quality outer wear. Patagonia makes very durable clothing. This rain parka is wonderful and is long enough to cover your backside bicycling & sitting in a stadium for a football game.

A Serious Rain Jacket
April 17, 2011

I purchased this Patagonia rain parka because it was on sale at an attractive price. The quality, durability and functionality of Patagonia products are top-notch, and so is the price. Here was a great deal, in a high-visibility color to boot! This parka is lightweight, comfortable, and has many details which make it outstanding. The adjustable Velcro closures at the cuffs, the extra length, and the "high-rise" zipper (up to the chin) all contribute to a garment which will keep you dry under the worst conditions. The breathable fabric keeps rain off yet lets water vapor out, so you are sweat-free and comfortable. Finally, the whole garment can be rolled up into a very small space for travel. Five stars !

Great Jacket
November 27, 2011

This is a great jacket for everyday use. It is perfect for my commuting needs and fits true to size. It's a little long which I like, looks good and fits perfectly to my frame. I'm 5'10" and the M jacket fits great. I would recommend this jacket to friends and am also thinking of buying it for my brother. The black is a great look but I have a friend that has the blue which looks sharp as well.

Great jacket

I bought this parka for rainy season use. It looks very good and can protect me very well during downpours. It can be easily folded into its own pocket. The only problem is that this parka fits a little large.

Greate quality
November 17, 2011

I bought a wind and rain protect parka in this price range first. I think it seems very high quality outlook and good fit for me (S size for 5.63 feet of me). I'm so delightful to own this parka. I have it in my bag every day, because it is perfect folding functionality in a pocket and very light. It has very high quality comparing to the price.

Great Rain Jacket
March 19, 2011

Great Jacket. Water proof and comfortable. Fit is a little big, and arms run a little long, which is part of design as it states made to wear over sports coats, otherwise happy with coat.

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance
