Great hat for running and also stylish enough to wear for everday use. Super light weight and the side vents keep my head cool when I'm running. I bought the gray with the yellow "Patagonia" logo and receive comments every time I wear it. Another plus; super easy to clean and dries quickly. I would definitely recommend this hat.Pros: Great design, Performance, Great value
Cool hat for hot weather

Improving on the classic baseball cap, Patagoina adds better breathability and comfort. Vents along the side offer much more airflow than traditional caps and the lack of a button at the top of the hat makes it great for shooting sports that require over the head ear protection.Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of use
Quality that fits big heads best

I wear a 7 to 7 1/4 size hat. With the strap in the back this hat adjusts down to fit my head but overall it's a little too big. It wants so slide down over my ears unless the strap is tight. I wish it came in two sizes. Otherwise I found the hat to be well made and nicely styled. Fabric and construction make it midweight. The adjustment strap has a bit of elastic on one side of the buckle which provides a snug but comfortable fit. The strap tends to loosen through the buckle though, so I find I have to tighten it up periodically.Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever

Warm, but holding up great.

Bit on the warm, which is odd because i took it to be a trail running hat. Good construction, seams are in out of way places. The logo is just chill enough for my taste (so i don't feel like i'm shouting PATAGONIA). Will keep my eyes peeled for a cooler fabric version, but otherwise happy with it for use in the fall/winter.Pros: Great design, Build quality, Cons: warm

Let me start by stating that I don't like wearing hats. I purchased the Patagonia Velocity Cap for protection from the sun on long hikes/runs. I was surprised at how much I like the cap. It is comfortable, light, breathes well, and proved to be the quality I expect from Patagonia.Pros: Performance
Black, Feather Grey, Larimar Blue, Lotus Green, Tailored Grey and White.
