Though each Patagonia® product is designed and shaped specifically for its intended use, we can generalize our fit descriptions in four ways:
Formfitting: Conforms to the body's contours.
Slim Fit: Closer-fitting. Slim-fitting technical garments may be worn over baselayers and light midlayers.
Regular Fit: Neither slim nor oversized. Regular-fitting technical garments may be worn over heavier midlayers.
Relaxed Fit: Drapes loosely on the body.
Classic Boy Fit: Boxy, athletic, with a traditional crew neck.
Anika Fit: Formfitting and longer in the torso, with a wider, deeper neck (not quite scoop).close

Very comfortable, quick dry. Doesn't offer a lot of support, but overall happy with item.
February 17, 2011
While it does not provide a huge amount of support, this bra is wildly comfortable for casual days. Doesn't cut it for work, at least not for me. I am a "C" cup, so perhaps it would provide enough support for smaller cup sizes. It doesn't completely eliminate uniboob, but it's better than most bras of this style. I now have 2 of these bras -- wouldn't hesitate to recommend the bra.

wonderful day bra. i have been looking for something like this for a long time and i cant wait to come home after a long day and wear it or lounging around on my day off... nice! Appealing and comfortable design!Pros: Great design, Ease of use
New favorite daytime bra
November 02, 2010
I generally don't like Patagonia's technical gear but love their underlayers. I've been using their sports bras as my go-to bras for years. I tried using some of their low profile sports bras as daytime bras as well, but it wasn't comfortable enough. I swim and have rather beefy lats, making most bras cut in under my arms, but I'm also need some decent support. This bra is literally my new favorite day bra. It is AMAZINGLY comfortable and fits me perfectly. I love it, but given my weird proportions, I don't know if it would fit everyone as perfectly. It absolutely has enough support for a daytime bra. I don't think it has the support for sports, I'm a C and it wasn't up to par for the bouncing of zumba today. I expect, given my previous experience with Patagonia bras, that it will last for quite a while. Also like the seamless construction.

Like the name, this is a great everyday bra, not a bra for athletic endeavors, unless you are small busted. Offers light support without smashing and is very comfortable. Perfect for the day job or after your workouts.
Supportive comfort without underwire
February 28, 2010
Great design... worthy alternative to standard bras by offering great support without the under wire
May 11, 2011
Good athletic fit. Haven't tried in high impact yet but very well made and comfortable. I wear sports bras 90% of the time; it's nice not to have the uniboob look at the office. Straps and cut are good for wearing other non-Tshirt tops -- straps aren't too close to the neck and the front is low enough that it doesn't show with a button-up blouse.
Excellent quality but not a good fit for big girls
May 12, 2011
Great design and excellent fabric, especially for hot, sticky climates but it did not fit. I am 5'9, sz 12-14 and ordered an XL and the fit across the back was too tight. Overall I think Patagonia clothes run a little small so not a surprise. An XXL would be perfect! The design is great and it's one of the few lightweight bras I could find (and wicking fabric! a plus!). I would not recommend for high impact sports or heavy duty support. This bra is better suited for yoga and low impact activities. Because it's seemless, great under dress and casual clothes too (think picnic on a hot muggy day).
Wasn't sure I would like this bra

I wasn't sure about ordering this. Usually racer-backs start to hurt my shoulders. This bra is so amazingly comfy that I forget I'm wearing it.

i love everything about this bra. i have three and wear nothing else. it's completely unrestricting and i literally love everything about it. i love it. i am active in my job and also just in my life all around so i love the comfort and support of this at the same time. i honestly don't ever realize i have it on. thank you patagonia.
Luv, luv, luv this one
February 24, 2011
Luv, luv, luv this bra. Extremely comfortable and feels like there is nothing there. I plan on wearing this one at work and lounging around but I wouldn't choose this bra for running as the support is not adequate for high impact activities. I did have to size up the bra and buy an XL despite the size chart recommendation of a L for a 38B.
Racerback bra with Comfort & Support
July 21, 2011
I wear my Patagonia Barely Everyday Bras to the gym and with sleeveless tops & tanks. The material is comfortable, light, & dries quickly. It runs small across the upper chest. I am normally a 36B, but in this bra I ordered size Large as the Medium cut too snugly in the upper chest area (under the armpit). Expensive, but worth it!
Style, Comfort, Function = Perfection
March 27, 2010
This is an excellent everyday bra (the name doesn't lie). I wear it to work, skiing, biking, and just hanging around the house. I have larger breasts, so I appreciate a bra that is supportive, looks good, and doesn't create the uniboob we are all trying to avoid. I thought the Patagonia Active Mesh Bra was the perfect solution to a bra, until I found this one. Don't let the price scare you, it is totally worth it for the comfort, versatility, and style this bra offers.
I LOVE this bra
June 02, 2011
This is my favorite sports and travel bra. Unlike some other styles by Patagonia, it is not double-layered, so I stay cool in summer and while working out, AND I can wash it out in a hotel room and not have to wait forever for it to dry. Fit is great too.
June 01, 2011
I was really surprised by how supportive this bra is. It's exceptionally comfortable, prevents a uni-boob, and actually gives a fair amount of lift. I could be comfortable doing light exercise in this, and it's also good enough to wear to the office.
Almost perfect bra
December 02, 2011
I'm average 34C and this bra is great (for sizing reference, I get a medium). It's just supportive enough while still being extremely comfortable and light weight. If Patagonia made two changes it would be perfect. First, the straps need to be adjustable...especially when new, the straps cut into my shoulders and are pretty uncomfortable. They do stretch out some with time, but I still get marks in my shoulders by the end of the day. Second, it would be nice to have an extra layer of material in the front for a little modesty. You get some serious headlights if you're wearing this bra with a thin shirt. Not so great if you're trying to wear it in a professional setting (or anywhere else, IMO). If these problems were fixed I would never buy another everyday bra.Pros: Build quality, Ease of use
a good choice
June 06, 2011
This a very comfortable bra - good for everyday wear, under yoga tops etc. I am going to purchase a couple more in differnt colours. It is not too expensive and feels like it would last for a long time.
worth the money!
February 25, 2011
Quite comfortable, good support for everyday activities; actually wore it running (I forgot I was wearing it!) and had minimal "bounce". Fits my 38C figure without pinching. Only drawback is the lower band wants to roll up, but once I get it adjusted it stays there. Very quick-drying, plan to use when camping and traveling.

NOT FOR C CUPS. Bra is cut small at top of cups, cannot hold a C cup. Spill out over top of cup. Nice color though. Fabric is soft and stretches easily. Does not "support" or "lift"
March 21, 2011
I would definitely buy another one of these bras. Super comfortable and I would literally live in this bra if I could. I wouldn't say it's super supportive though for anything involving lots of bouncing about though. Other than that great for hiking, climbing and low impact activities. Love this bra.
October 23, 2011
This is the best fitting sports bra for a small person! The fabric is very comfortable and durable. The style works for every day wear as well as working out. It doesn't give the uni-look like some unconstructed bras do. I have this in a few different colours. It does run a little small so I ordered a small/med. instead of an extra small. It runs a bit tight on the upper front underarms so try a size up. I will order another in the future!

I was hoping this bra would be similar to the Patagonia Barely A/B bra but the straps are completely different! I am tall, 5'11" and the straps are too short. Unlike the A/B bra, the straps on the B/C bra are non adjustable. Plus, the straps dig in to the muscles between shoulder and neck. The body of the bra is very nice and supportive. Could have been an excellent bra if Patagonia had followed the strap design of the Barely A/B bra.
