Great fit and feel
Love these!! Great fit and great feel. Would buy again! Great under workout clothes. Good quality and design. Cost is high but worth it in the long run.

Love, love love these
I love these Patagonia hipsters. I automatically bought more because they fit so well. They don't bunch up, they don't move, and they don't show in the back.
I am a slim 5'7" and 125 lbs. I bought the smalls and as you can read, am very happy!
On sale, they are an awesome deal!

Good fit, no lines, they stay put
At about $20 a pair, these undies are not cheap, but they are worth the money if you are looking for no-nonsense (plain), reliable (will not bunch or ride up) that wash easily and dry fast. I have a couple of pairs that are over a year old and they are wearing well, that is, the seams are intact and they are holding their shape well. I don't know if they will compare to my cotton undies (Jockey for Women) for wear, but the cotton undies get baggy as they get older.

sizing is generous
always love patagonia underwear - however this style seems to fit a little bigger. i am a size 10 in pants and the large hipster is too big. a medium would be better.

Lightweight and comfortable!
I have worn Patagonia Barely bras for years and was thrilled to find the hipsters to match. The material is lightweight, stays put throughout the day, and maintains its shape after numerous washings. They also dry quickly and are very comfortable, even during physical activity. These hipsters are well worth the money and are the perfect compliment to the Barely bra...combine the two and you'll forget you're even wearing underwear!

comfy, durable, cute
incredibly comfortable--these never ride up or get bunchy. they are also great for travel because they dry quickly. they also have a nice pattern on them. true to size. oh, and i've washed these a lot because they're my first choice when the laundry is clean, and they still look brand new!

Dry and breathable to wear
Really buy the right, this summer, particularly hot, very uncomfortable to wear trousers to go out, with this underwear will not be hot to wear pants, let me go more comfortable

Love These
Love these quick drying, light weight underwear that provide all day comfort. The Small fits perfectly (my pant size is a 0-2). The Barely Hipsters provide greater coverage than the Barely Bikinis for those looking for a bit of a higher rise.

So comfortable and lightweight
These are so comfortable and lightweight...hardly feels like you are wearing anything. Wicks moisture nicely. These and the active briefs are my new underwear of choice. As always, Patagonia has another good product.

Great hipster
LOVE these hipsters. Super comfortable, wash great and dry fast. They run a little bigger than Patagonia's other hipsters but it could be b/c it's a softer material. I ordered more of these in different colors.

Light, easy washing, great for travel.
I purchased these for travel, glad I did. They wash and dry quickly. Very airy and light yet covers it all and does not ride up. So light you could pack 5 pair and hardly notice they are in your bag...but you do need that many pairs because they wash so well. I plan on working more pairs into my regular wardrobe, it is worth the comfort. I purchased the the hipsters....the bikinis seem a bit flow for me. The small is true to size, good stretch and give, good leg openings.

Best Ever
I have looked for underwear that didn't ride up and was comfortable for race walking and biking and finally I have found it! Love this underwear and plan to buy more!!

comfortable, dries quickly
High quality, comfortable, doesn't ride or bunch up, dries quickly. After several washes, still looks brand new! I found that with snug or very drapey fabrics, the leg seams do show, but not under normal athletic-weight clothing. Very happy with this purchase.

Just got these but love them! The fit is great and love the feel of the material. Got the smoke color and think they will be good to wear under any color pant or short.

my new everyday under garment!
I initially bought this underwear to wear under my hiking pants. I wanted something comfortable that will not ride up and will wick away sweat. This underwear surprised me! It feels so comfortable that I forget I am wearing it. It is durable and washes well. I loved it so much that I bought a few more and now this is my favorite underwear under my suit pants for work! I know it is pricy, but it is worth it because it holds up so well wash after wash. I would highly recommend this underwear!

Love Patagonia's Barely Hipster
I didn't pack enough you know what for vacation and found these at a store. I loved them so much I bought more from altrec.com. They are very comfortable and great for working out.

so, these basically make me think "i almost forgot." they literally are the best thing since i started purchasing patagonia underwear a few years ago. i have always loved the patagonia active hipster and decided to try these and love them. i may not even go back to the regular version cause i like these so much. they are very thin and very comfortable to the point that i forget i am wearing them. please try for yourself.

nice fit, nice feeling
Sports underwear per se is not the most sexy thing in the world, but this hipster is a pretty good combination of comfort and look. I like the optic and the fact that there are no tags but instead washing instructions printed inside. The material is very light and soft, the fit very comfortable. I bought three different Patagonia undies, this one, the boy's shorts and the bikini style. I'd say this one is the best looking though I think prefer the bikini style for more extreme activities. I just got these but already used the for some hiking and running, performance so far great.
As for size: I'm 5'4'', 100lbs, normal curves. XS fits fine but next time I would opt for a S for the sake of better butt coverage.
Can't say much about quality and durability yet but will hope for the best.

on the go comfort
I like how they dry quickly, great for super hot days and also nice for handwashing when you are on the road or wilderness. Very comfortable fit, not as "tight" around the legs as the active hipster. I was worried about the thinner material but so far it seems fine, and the comfort level is worth it to me.

Great undies
Nice coverage, no creeping. If you like the active hipster, this has the same shape. The fabric is lighter and more sheer, hence the "barely" hipster. Very breathable, dries quickly, good for warm weather activities.

Perfect for active endeavors!
I bought three pair for my upcoming trip around the world. I have been hiking and climbing in them nonstop --- totally wicks away, stays in place. Love them. Buying three more for a total of 6 pairs for my trip. Thank you Patagonia for the best gear.

Love them
The Dusty Taupe color is a great neutral to wear under white pants/shorts. These are lighter and thinner than my Patagonia active hipsters yet they're just as comfy and breathable. Love to wear these under work clothes to avoid any panty lines

love these
Just came back from two very hot and humid days backpacking. First time wearing these and they were great! Couldn't even tell I was wearing anything. No creeping, no binding, and very quick to dry. I highly recommend.

Cute and practical
Because they are seamless, these are extremely comfortable and do not stretch out of shape. They are well worth the somewhat higher price. I hope you will continue to carry these, and hope Patagonia will decide to make a lot more colors.

The most comfortable underwear in my drawer! Super lightweight and they stay in place nicely. No panty lines! I've already ordered multiple pairs! Like the previous reviewer, I just wish they had a more fun selection of colors.

underwear easy to forget about!!!
the most comfortable underpants i own! i actually forget i am wearing them which is the highest compliment i can offer to any garment. they are wonderfully light weight and stretchy. i wish they came in a prettier assortment of colors. i have washed these about 8 times and they seem to be holding up well too.
