I really like these although they seem to have stretched more since I have work them. Makes them a bit looser then when I originally tried them on............................................................................................ ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

So... Comfortable
June 09, 2011

I got two of these cords -first pair form Patagonia at the regular price and these at the super low price -they fit exactly the same. I am 130 lbs and 5'4" and got a 29. I had to hem them up a bit but they look great. I would have been fine with the 28s but wanted for days of period bloating. They are cute and comfortable!

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance, Ease of use, Great value

Perfect cords!
February 04, 2013

After getting a pair on sale "just to see" I was so impressed that I got two more pairs. The Rockwall and Ruby Red are beautiful rich colors. The Hickory as another reviewer mentioned is more green than brown but still a great color. I'm 5'6, 130 and the 28 fit great. They are straight and slightly loose in the leg not skinny. I've been wearing them casually but they could easily be dressed up too. The cord quality is extremely good, not thin and lightweight and I feel I will be wearing these for quite a few years. Love em!!

Pros: Great design, Great value

I have purchased this item in various colors 3 times. Size 26 fit beautifully( I am 5'7, 112 lbs), pants look like new after repeated trips through washer and dryer. Purchase of this item will not disappoint! Wish they were available in more colors.........

comfy cords
July 23, 2011

I am a big fan of Patagonia products -- and as usual, these cords have met all my expectations. They are soft, comfortable, and the light tan color is pleasant and will go with anything. I'm somewhat tall and slim (5' 8", 127 lbs) - and the waist size 29 fit is great. If you are petite, they might run a bit long. But for me it is nice find pants that don't run too short. The waistband sits a little low (not too low) - and fits nicely without leaving a gap in the back. So far, I've worn them around town and bowling -- and they were extremely comfortable. The extra stretchiness make them easy to move around in (especially when bowling!), but they also didn't feel like they were two sizes bigger by the end of the night. As with other Patagonia products, they are well constructed and appear to be pants that will last a long time.

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Ease of use, Great value

Awesome pants!
August 23, 2011

I love these cords! So soft and the cut is great---very modern straight leg. They look great with ballet flats! I am usually a 6 in Patagonia bottoms and the 28 fit perfectly. The length was great too--no hemming needed (I'm 5'5). I definitely plan to wear these out this fall and winter for both work and hanging out. I wish they still offered the Raven color! Highly recommended.

Love Corduroy
November 21, 2011

I returned the pants because the color I selected had too much yellow in the cream color, I was hoping for more of an off white. Besides the color not being right for me, the pants fit well and they are made well.

Pros: Build quality, Cons: cream color too yellow

Versatile Cords - Great fit!
February 15, 2013

This is the first pair of Patagonia pants that has fit me well, and I bought them in three colors. It struggle to find pants that are flattering and versatile; I need them to be appropriate enough for wearing to work (as a high school teacher), cute enough to wear on the weekends, and durable enough or for a walk in the woods with the dog. These pants fit the bill. About fit: the size 4 is perfect for my body type. I am 5'6", 28" waist and 39" hips. I often find pants that fit my hips are way too big at the waist. These are perfect. The length is also perfect for me to wear with clogs or low hikers.

Pros: Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance, Great value
