A staple of hard-playing mountain folk, time-honored Guide Pants are now more worthy than ever, and more resistant to abuse. Soft but burly and highly breathable, the stretch-woven fabric resists weather in any season, while knee and seat articulation keeps tele-turns and high-steps smooth. The waistband and belt loops are cleaner and have a lower bulk, and the zippered ankle cuffs feature gripper-elastic gussets with tie-down loops to seal out snow. Two thigh pockets are glued in and close with low-bulk, water-repellent DWR zippers. The improved fit allows for underlayers. Bombay Fly and a feminine contour.
