Description

For those who never tire of emerald cays and mango smoothies, Patagonia suggests the Women's Island Hemp Shorts as a traveling companion. Made of soft, summer-weight 55% hemp/45% organic cotton fabric, with a linen-like appearance that drapes beautifully, the low-rise shorts have a zip-fly with coconut button closure. Two patch pockets on both front and back hold shells and other treasures. The roll-up cuff secures with a tab and coconut button. Inseam (size 8) is 5 . Recyclable through the Common Threads Recycling Program.

love the island hemp collection!

The material in this collection is extremely comfortable ( combination of hemp and organic cotton) and drapes well. It does need to be washed once before the softness can be appreciated. The weight of the fabric is also perfect for summer, travel to warm locales, and ( as the name suggests) island wear. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is that I like shorts just a little shorter but these may be a little longer on me as I'm 5'2".
