Awesome for summer!
I love this skirt! It's the perfect active length -- well above the knee but well below the bum. The material is like a well-made swimsuit so it stretches without losing its shape. It's also nice enough that you can wear it with a cute top out on the town as well as by the pool.

not what I was looking for
I ended up returning the skirt because I was looking for something that I might be able to wear to work. This skirt did not fit my needs but is a good skirt. It is a shiny black material (bathing suit like description is dead on) good quality.
