Excellent jacket
Bought this jacket for skiing in Banff. My previous name brand jacket lasted a good four years but it was time to move up to greater warmth and performance. So I went to every ski clothing store in Banff (an entire day of shopping); tried every name brand jacket at those stores. And, this one won my purchase. I could not be more stoked. It has all the technical bells and whistles a woman needs for Canadian Rocky Mountain hard core skiing.

This jacket is very warm very good looking not the puffy type and just a great well made winter jacket and last but not least.
Waterproof to handle winters worst conditions you can not go wrong with this great Patagonia product. Like I said when you want the best here it is look know further.

This is the Jacket I have been searching for !
I have been in the market for a new jacket quite some time now. My new Women's Primo Down Jacket is what I have been waiting for ! Its gorgeous !! The construction of this jacket is incredible. Its like Patagonia took the best attributes of their entire line and put them into this one garment. It is WARM and stylish. Love the "puff sweater" plush 700-fill down insulation stitched right into the jacket. I have to agree with Patagonia when they say " This is one of the nicest ski/ snowboarding jackets that you'll ever own." The temperature has been in the teens in Boston and I have put this jacket to the test. It rocks !!My jacket search is over and I couldn't be happier!!

made well for cold conditions
this jacket is made well, like all patagonia wear, but i am not happy that the down insulation does not go all the way down the back of the jacket. otherwise nice jacket.

Too Short for tall women!
When is Patagonia going to figure out that there are tall women out there that want a jacket that is long enough to keep out cold air/snow and still warm like this one!

My wife loves it
I bought this jacket for her birthday. She is 5-5/130 lbs and a small fits her perfectly. She describes it as comfortable, warm, and light. I know it is also windproof and waterproof. I have also looked at a similar jacket made by Cloudveil (slightly cheaper), but I think this is better.

Ideal Warm Technical Jacket
Very warm (not as initially warm as a puffier down jacket but retains heat and is light enough for mobility). Great in wet conditions, too, and does not attract pet hair. The arms could use slightly more insulation for "around town" but great if you're skiing. My only complaint is that the insulated section on the torso is short (along with powder skirt). Arm length is great.

Amazing Jacket
I've had several cold weather Patagonia jacket, and this is by far my favorite. The fit is better than other Patagonia jackets, and the construction is impeccable. I'm excited to finally have a jacket that I don't have to layer with fleeces, etc. The down insert is plenty warm.

Great Jacket
This jacket is the best jacket to purchase. It is not a big and bulky like normal down jacket tend to be. It is very comfortable too. I would recommend this jacket to everyone!! Plus the it is waterproof!!! Down and waterproof what more could you ask for!
