Perfect

Size medium fit me perfectly. I am 5'7" and 133 lbs. I bought the black pants. There is a grey rubbery, flannel mesh as a liner for the seat area that is not attached to the pants except at the top and bottom of the pants. As the mesh lining goes down toward the legs it is more silky and less mesh, but still with plenty of "holes". The pants go up quite a bit toward the small of the back and in the front are not too low. The material on the outside is cloth-like with a water proof stiffness to it. The construction and the materials seem to be top quality. I am pleased with my purchase. I haven't been skiing yet with them because it is summertime right now. The inner thigh vents have a top and bottom zipper. The hip pockets are big enough with zippers. A pocket is just over the knee for a cell phone or something that would fit into the pocket that is the size of an out-stretched hand. On the inner side of the outer pant material is a smooth fabric that is adhered to the outer material.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Ease of use, Great valueAwesome!

I wasn't sure about these pants when I purchased them, but I assumed they would be good quality because Patagonia is awesome, and they are! I was very surprised how sturdy they were since they weren't the insulated version of the pants. They feel like they could stand up to almost anything. They're also warm, I got the regular snowbelle instead of the insulated just because these were cheaper, and they're actually really warm, all you might need under them is maybe a pair of long underwear or sweats. Some reviews I've seen online say that the buttons are a problem and they break easily, but I haven't had a problem with that at all, in fact, I think they're actually very sturdy. I haven't gotten to test this in the snow yet, but I tested it in the rain and it is completely waterproof! The gaitors on the inside of the pants keep out water and cold really well. When I bought these my other concern was would they fit me. I'm about 5'6", 165 pounds, and 41-29-42 and the large fits very well! That was the best surprise about these pants, because I have an awful time finding pants that fit with my hips and butt!

I really liked skiing in these pants. They were comfortable, easy to move and the color is great! For someone who is an avid skiier I am tough on my pants and these were durable and on a wet snow day, they managed to keep me very dry. I would buy these again, in fact, I got a pair for my mom.

I bought these pants to take on a ski trip to CO. I am a new skier and knew they would need to be waterproof as I would spend a lot of time on the ground! They didn't disappoint in that respect! I am 5'8", 139lbs with a slim frame. I wear a size 6 pants in normal life. The smalls were too small (think 4) and the mediums were a little big (think 8). Went with the mediums, was able to use inside adjustment tabs to make small enough to fit. That obviously didn't make for a flattering fit, but i wasn't looking for ski bunny wear! My only complaint with these pants were the three snap buttons on the waist. They would not stay closed. By the second day i had to wear a belt b/c the snaps no longer worked. I am keeping the pants, but will send to patagonia to fix the snaps.
Pros: Ease of use, Great value, Cons: snap buttons stunk, big gap between small and mediumFunctional and fit large

I ordered these pants in the White color and they ran pretty big so would have needed a smaller size. The lining is bright green and it showed through the White so I sent them back. They were well made, nice fabric and lining was flannel like which I liked. I will look around for another pair at Altrec in White. The return was easy and fast!

Just what I wanted, but a little small

The size L black snowbelle pants were exactly what I was looking for. When I opened the package I thought - finally what I wanted - I usually wear a size 12 - 14 pants, but I do not like things tight. I got the pants on, but snug at waist - no way could I even get a pair of light weight long underwear under them and be comfortable. You were out of next size. I am starting to believe sizes are running smaller than in previous years. My old uninsulated ski pants are a size L and plenty big.
