So comfortable but not typical Patagonia quality
I love Patagonia products. The only downside to this is that the Synchilla is slightly short and rides up on bike rides (I'm lean, 5'7"). It's great for lounging and is an essential layering fleece. I bought the off-white, and it has some pilling after washing it for a year. Overall has held the softness, but I would recommend not putting it in the dryer and always air drying!

Super comfort at a good price. Great for cool mornings. Like all Patagonia product I have purchased over the last twenty plus years, well made,soft and a good value.

Synchilla Marsupial
I love my Patagonia Synchilla Marsupial! It is super comfy and warm! It is so much more cozy than any sweatshirt and looks great too. I would definitely recommend!

Love this product
I love this product so much I am ordering another one. I ordered one for each of my family members, husband, son, 2 daughters, for Christmas and they all love it. The jacket is SO comfy and extremely warm. I use it like a sweatshirt and have worn it over and over. It is my go to jacket for cold days now!!

a million kangaroos can't be wrong
My wife bought me a Synchilla Marsupial for xmas last year. I loved it so much I bought her one this year. It's become her favorite gift. She's had it two weeks and I can't get her out of it.
This Patagonia jacket is soft, warm, comfortable and, of utmost importance in my opinion, low maintenance. I've had mine for just over a year and when I take it off I toss it in the regular wash. To date it's not pilled or degraded one bit as some fleece tends to do. It still looks new after at least 10 washings.
My wife is 5'3" and 117 and the WM's small fit's spot-on over a base layer. I'm 6'2" and 170lbs w/a 31" waist and the men's medium is perfect.
The marsupial pocket in front is great as a hand warmer or storage area for holding my keys, gloves, hat, while I'm shopping or working (ie., great in changing conditions). It's equally well suited as that last layer under my ski shell when I hit the slopes. It's durable, low maintenance and super soft/plush and warm.
Bottom line - if I lost it today I'd scrape together the money and buy a new one this week. I wear and enjoy it that much.

Sassy little jacket
This is a great light weight sassy little jacket. If fits true and takes all kinds of abuse and still looks great. My daughter wears hers with boots or tennis shoes and jeans. So comfty and warm....Perfect for everyday....She loves it!

Love My Marsupials!
I have four Patagonia Women's Marsupials. I love these slip over, 1/2 zip fleece tops. At the first Fall chill, I pull these out and wear them. The tops offer just the right touch of inside/outside warmth...I wear them both places. The pouch pocket in front holds garden snippers, keys, wallet, glasses....whatever you need to carry and the pocket is deep enough that stuff doesn't fall out. I have this top in medium and I have this top in large. I like the large the best as it clears my hips and hangs nicely over leggings. The medium fits, too, but it's just more fitted. I wear the medium to work and the large at home and on the weekends. I am 5'1" and 139 lbs. I have to cuff the sleeve on both sizes as the sleeves are long for me. Love, love my Marsupials, but thinking about adding a Patagonia Re-Tool to my wardrobe this winter although it's hard to decide! You can't beat Patagonia fleece.

Warm and Comfortable
I purchased this item to replace my previous Patagonia fleece. The quality of this one is much better than the last. It is very warm and soft and it is one of those items that you always reach for when you want to be comfortable. I would purchase again.

LOVE IT!
I bought this jacket 3 months ago and left it somewhere within 2 months of owning... I have been wanting a new one ever since. I got it a few weeks ago and have gotten numerous compliments on it. Better than that is that it keeps me toasty and is the most comfortable fall jacket I will ever own!

Great Jacket
I go to college in the south, and this jacket is perfect for our fall days. It's not too heavy. It's lightweight yet still warm. It does run a bit small though, I wish I had ordered the medium.

awesome pullover
This fleece is my favorite- very warm, doesn't pill when washed, and a secret pocket in the pouch (very handy when traveling- i put my passport and atm cards in it. Love it!!

Great pullover
This is a great fleece to throw on anytime as an alternative to a sweatshirt. The fit is flattering, not boxy, but not tight. The material is super soft and warm, but the wind can still cut through it. I love Patagonia products and it's great to be able to order them through Altrec with free shipping.

Very, very warm
I bought this fleece because I needed a cozy, knock-around-the-house-and-wear-as-an outdoors-layer fleece. I loved the idea that it had cozy, handwarmer pockets. Everything about this fleece was great...the quality construction, the pockets, the fit, and the color. The price is right, and the fast, free shipping was a bonus. However, I ended up returning it simply because it was too warm to wear around the house, and the handwarmer pockets were too bulky under a wind shell. It would be a fantastic item to wear on a cool day with no wind--which almost never happens where I live!

The Marsupial i, a nice update A
The Marsurial is a nice update of the standard Patagonia fleece. Two things to bear in mind when consifering this item: size and weight. Size seems to run very small. Visually the large looks like a S/M and fits the same way. My daughter is 5'6" and average size and the Women;s Large was too snall. By comparison, my Pata Snap T-Neck Large, is comfy and roomy. The fleece is lighter than my Snap T also; feels like somewhere between a light and medium weight fleece. Overall, however, this is a nice garment when you grt the right size. Yje 1/3rd length aloows easy pull0on ability and the poch pocet is handy for small. non-buly items like hand warmers, scrapers, wax, etc. A nice spin on the regular Fleece pullover.

Warm, comfy fleece
Great product by Patagonia. I got the green one and boy is it bright. Almost apple green mixed with highlighter yellow. It's fun though. This fleece keeps me warm whether I'm sitting on the couch at night or out around town. It's well cut for my shape. Only thing that doesn't make me love it 100% is the quarter zip as opposed to full zip. But then again, the quarter zip makes it feel kind of like a sweatshirt instead of a jacket. ...love it though.

Soft and warm but loose fit
This fleece is lightweight, very soft and warm. It was true to size but it is a regular fit rather than a slim fit so it isn't as figure flattering as I would have liked.

Great sweater
I already had this fleece in black and now that it's getting colder, I've been wearing it almost everyday, so I ordered another one from Altrec. The shipping was fast and free, and I'm happy to have another one to wear around since it's so comfortable and warm (especially for my cold hands)!

Amazing Fleece
We just returned from camping in the Canadian Rockies and the Synchilla Marsupial jacket was awesome. We visited the Columbia Icefields (glacier) and the fleece kept me really warm. It was also great around the camp fire at night . . . and first thing in the morning. . .and the thick fabric helped to reduce the number of mosquito bite I received.

fantastic patagonia fleece
Awesome fleece. Thick, well-shaped for women. NOT boxy. Flattering. SUPER warm, using in New England on 30-40 degree days, and it keeps me toasty warm. Highly recommend this Patagonia product.
