So comfortable
August 04, 2011

This skirt is perfect for the women who want comfort and flexbility and may have a little weight they want to hide! It fits well and hides the bulges with comfort.

Pros: Great design

I got this skirt in the coral color and it is so cheery and bright--just right for summer. The material is quite thin, but again, just right for hot, sticky days. The front seaming detail is a nice addition--not just a plain A-line skirt. This skirt runs a little big, so if you would prefer a tighter fit, order down a size. I'm 5'3", 125 lbs. and I got the small and it fits just right, hitting at mid-knee.

This is my go-to skirt for everyday wear! It fits smoothly and is a great length for almost any activity from casual to dress-it-up! I love flattering skirts for warmer weather.

Best Skirt Ever
April 23, 2011

Beautiful colors, perfect length, flattering cut...what more could you ask for!? I'd like one in every color, please! Every time a wear it, tons of complements! I'm 5'8 and between 125-130lbs. I ordered a small and could have possibly gone with an xs. I think it is their "regular fit" which is more relaxed than their "slim fit" cuts.

Perfect Spring Skirt
May 27, 2011

I wore this for a casual Mother's Day brunch with a white tee and a scarf, and my husband told me multiple times how good it looked. It's a nice length for my long (5'9") legs. I washed it on cold and put it in the dryer on low, and it didn't seem to shrink at all.

great classic skirt
July 03, 2011

I have been looking at the Vitaliti line for a long time. I finally got the black skirt. It goes everywhere. Great lightweight fabric for summer, nice drape, flattering fit, true to size -I am 5' 6", 134 lbs, M is perfect. This skirt is just right in every way! The black can be dressed up or down. I agree with someone else that a little seam pocket would be nice. Love it!!!

This skirt is just amazing - the best fit I have ever found. It is light weight, extremely comfortable, perfect length....I believe I have found a piece I can wear and enjoy every day, no matter the activity! Well, maybe not skiing or swimming.......overall, great value!

super comfy
June 08, 2011

I'm 5'7", wear size 6 usually and for summer like a looser, off the hip fit, so I went with a M and it sits on my hips for a great fit. Length is nice, too, right at the knee. Could they improve this? Perhaps with a small zippered pocket on the seam. I have tops in this same Patagonia stretchy fabric and they've lasted for years. I expect this skirt to wear extremely well.

Great Skirt!
May 28, 2012

Last summer I bought two of these skirts and I wore them all the time. This summer I got another one in another color. They wash and dry great and they are so so comfortable. I love the weight and the drape of this skirt. I am 5'10'' and the skirt falls right above my knee. Good length for a tall girl.

great skirt
July 11, 2012

This is the best skirt! So much cooler than wearing shorts. The fabric is not flimsy. I am 5'10 and the length is perfect for me. It hits right above the knee. No need to worry about hanging out anywhere. It does seem to stretch out a little bit in the waist but that is not a problem. It is great for traveling. It is a great summer staple. I have two of these now. Love them!!

Pros: Great design, Great value

perfect travel skirt
April 04, 2011

I bought this skirt for a trip. Perfect. No wrinkles, easy to wash/dry. Takes up no room in the suitcase. The styling is very flattering at the waist and hips and the length is perfect for me.

Favorite skirt
March 18, 2011

I had knee surgery about a month and a half ago, and ended up in skirts for about 5 weeks in total. Prior to the surgery, I didn't own a single skirt. So, off to the internet I went in search of skirts... I ended up buying about 8 of them in total. This was by far my favorite. The weight is perfect so that it doesn't show the underwear line, the stitching makes it flattering, and the purple color is beautiful. I'm a size 6 normally, and the small fit perfectly. The other patagonia skirt that I bought that was a bit longer was actually a little more helpful in hiding the knee - but it's a little thinner, so I didn't like the feel as much. Now that my legs are looking a little more normal, this will be a skirt that I'll carry through to normal use. I'm thinking I might even need another color.

My Go to Skirt
October 13, 2011

I am usually a size 16 and have curves and a thick waist. The xl fit with room to spare in the waist. The skirt sits comfortably at the waist or a bit below. The a-line cut is flattering. This skirt has been washed at least 10 times and still looks new. I don't think I'd describe it as a faux wrap skirt. It just has some small diagonal panels at the top that I think help hide my larger than I'd like tummy. I have it in black and the light blue/aqua color. Wear the black the most, but blue is a great summer color. Easy to dress up or down.

Pros: Build quality, Lasts forever, Ease of use, Cons: Cost

Flattering, easy-to-pack, versatile skirt
June 09, 2008

I've got the Vitaliti in three colors. For me, it's the perfect length, shape, and fit---and it's great for casual or evening wear, all year round. Its light weight, versatility, and comfort (not to mention, attractivess!) make it an excellent travel choice. It is a wrap--not exactly what I would call a "faux" wrap, but it does stay put a little better than skirts that wrap at the waist. One of my all-time favorites and highly recommended.

The Best Skirt EVER!

I actually bought this skirt in every color that it comes in, and I wish there were more. It is incredibly comfortable, and I dress it up or down dependent upon the activity. This is a must have!

Wear it everywhere!
April 07, 2012

I have three of these skirts I have ordered over the past two years. When I first got it, I was concerned about the seam lines that cross the hip area. They seemed to stick out a bit. But I decided I was being too picky. And over time, the seams have relaxed with washing and I don't notice them at all. This skirt drapes and hangs well and the color has not faded with many, many washings. I would wear this skirt hiking, biking or to a business meeting. It can do it all. I am 5'6" 125 pounds and usually take a S in Patagonia. The S fits me great.

Oh, thank goodness for Patagonia! This skirt is fantastic. It has a great fit with a nice a-line, very flattering. It washes well, retains it's shape even after wearing for many hours and sitting for many of those hours. I'm hoping for other color options next year.

Great Skirt
July 27, 2011

I really like this skirt. It is very comfortable. I am 5'3" and 130 and bought a medium. It fits me well. I am very happy with this skirt. I have been looking for a skirt that was not too short and close to my waist. This fit the bill!

Pros: i like skirts to be near my waist and this one is.

Great Casual Skirt
June 02, 2011

This is a great casual skirt to slip on and go anywhere. The fit is comfortable and reasonably flattering, though I would have preferred a straighter cut. It will definitely be a go to piece for me this summer.

great skirt to dress up or down
July 16, 2013

Patagonia quality has always been consistently excellent in my experience. Their sizes sometimes are not, however. But this skirt fits perfectly and is very flattering. I am normally a size 10-12, and it has just the right amount of give, is not restrictive, yet fits well enough, that I don't have to constantly "shift" it around like a sometimes have to do with their other skirts. The navy color is rich. I intend to wear it for work (it has a good, discreet length) and on vacation. My only issue is that unless you get a good sale, it does seem expensive for such a simple design and fabric. I do appreciate, however, that Patagonia is very environmentally conscious, so I don't mind paying a little more.
