I love my knee warmers! I got them to wear when I am cycling, but I have ended up wearing them during all varieties of outdoor activities as they keep my creaky knees feeling warm and loose. They fit true to size and have quality elastic that keeps them in place even during vigorous exercise. The inner fleece is very soft, and they wash well. They easily fit under a pair of pants without any notice that you are wearing them. I liked them so much thatI bought a second pair.

These things are great. My trainer basically said to wear knee warmers whenever the temp is below 70 degrees. These are pretty warm, thicker than my leg and arm warmers. But here is Seattle, it is amazing how often you need these.
