Nice lightweight jacket
February 01, 2011
Very lightweight jacket, loving it so far. Looks good and works great as a light jacket for windy days. I found the fit to be smaller than what I normally get.
Pros: Great designgreat jacket, price a bit high relative to similar jackets

Very lightweight, bright (neon), and great features. Excellent product. Honestly, I think you can get the same features at a lower price from other manufacturers.
Pearl Quality

Bought this for a femaile friend and performs very well as a light, windproof outer-layer. Put some fleece on underneath because it's not thick but it definitely gets the job done for wind and light rain. Narrow and form-fitting.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Cons: CostWorth it!

I am so happy I picked this jacket. I love the protects from the wind. The fit is great and the style rocks. I haven't been in the rain yet, but the windy days have been a breeze with this jacket. I would recommend this to a friend. I have received many compliments on the style and cut of the jacket. Purchase and enjoy!

Functional Support

This product provides all around function and support physically as well as environmentally. Nice investment. It only needs a hood to be perfect. Nice visability features and provides just enough warmth for those brisk fog laden wet morning workouts.

best for biking
January 10, 2010
Hi, I received this jacket as a Christmas gift, in screaming yellow, with the intention that i would be wearing this while running. I love the color, but the fit is a little weird. I am by no means a particularly busty or burly woman. Yet if I stand up straight, with my shoulders back, and the jacket zipped, it stretches a bit uncomfortably across the front of the chest. It's like my shoulders are too large for it. But if I lean forward, hunching my shoulders forward as if I were riding a bike, then it seems like the perfect fit.
Love my screaming yellow PI

I thought I was ordering the convertible Barrier Jacket (I will get that later) but was very pleased when my "regular' Barrier arrived. It IS screaming yellow so no one will miss you on a bike, a hike or anywhere else for that matter. I got an XS (5'3" and 112 lbs) and it fits perfectly but I am small busted so consider that when purchasing. Fit is "close" but comfortable and I will be wearing it ALOT. My favorite jacket though is still the convertible Elite Barrier because the sleeves zip off--a great option for running when the weather gets warmer. Excellent quality and construction. Highly recommended!
great light jacket
November 01, 2011
This is a great light jacket that kept the wind out and the warmth in. I rode for a couple of hours starting at 40 degrees and climbing to around 55. I wore a sports bra and a long sleeved lightly fleeced jersey, and the jacket. The jacket cuts the wind great. The fit was perfect and seems true to size (I have a small). My husband has the men's version and swears by it. I haven't used it in the rain yet.

nice but tight across the shoulders
February 25, 2010
I bought this for running and do love the pacific blue color and the reflective symbols for running after dark. I always wear a size medium in shirts and jackets and was surprised how tight this fits across my bust and shoulders. I only wear a B cup so I am not busty at all. I wish I would have ordered a size Large instead.
