Extra performance doesn't have to have a high price tag if you ride with Pearl Izumi's Ultrasensor Short. It offers the same ergonomic eight-panel design found in the more expensive Vertex MicroSensor Short, with a different (but slightly thicker) chamois pad. The 3D Elite Chamois pad is a one-piece, fusion-welded design with four-way stretch throughout the 12-mm. padding. The breathable open-cell stretch foam helps move moisture away from your body as you ride in the heat. This extra stretch helps the pad conform to your body with chafe-free comfort.

• Lightweight and highly breathable UltraSensor® cross-dyed fabric made from 69% nylon/16% polyester/15% Lycra
• Comfortable 3D Elite Chamois with a 12-mm. contoured pad
• Anatomic eight-panel construction for ergonomic fit and flatlocked seams for comfort

The best short I own
I have been cycling for years. I won 5 pairs of these shorts. They are amazing for 100+ mile rides...great chamois, comfy fit, wont roll down at the waist. A definate must buy for any woman cyclist.

Comfort and a great fit!
The Pearl Izumi Ultrasensor short are a wise purchase. The shorts did not ride up while riding and proved to be very comfortable.

The best short I own

good quality. Very comfortable
The shorts fit nicely. They are padded quite well. I wish they were a little lower rise in the waist area.
