Great for the price.
Pretty simple headlamp but overall very good construction all the plastic looks pretty tough and the headband cloth/elastic is very good grade. I have really only used it for random jobs around the house and working on my car but not having to strategically position a light saves me a headache.

Great head lamp
I have few of this head lamp and use it year round. I have one in my car for winter when I need to put chain on. In summer one in my backpack. It is essential for camping too. It is a great quality, cool colors and great price.

Tikkina 2 = Petzl Quality at a GREAT PRICE!
I bought this for my son for a early morning summit attempt of Long's Peak this summer. He is impressed with the brightness of this 2 LED system (23 Lumens) and the length of battery life (55 hours high, 190 hours low). The unit is simple to use, the batteries went in without hassel or trouble. The unit is fairly light weighing in with batteries (3 x AAA) at just 80g. The light is advertised as a flood beam and it does cover a wire area, but the majority of the beam concentration from the 2 LEDs is concentrated at a spot focus in the center of the beam. This light is ideal for seeing what is out in front during late night or early morning treks. No need to fear rocks or roots in the dark!

the little light that could!
This is a great little headlamp--it's bright, lightweight, easy to use and not very pricey like so many other headlamps! It's easy enough for kids and non-outdoorsy friends to figure out how to use, so really anyone would enjoy one of these lamps. The options for different colors are great too!

great little headlamp
Bought this for my 6-year-old daughter, who loves it. light enough to be comfortable on her head, easy to operate, and tons of fun. exactly what I was looking for at a great price.

Simply Functional at a good$$
Works better than many more expensive lamps. Has simple two settings and great longevity. Easy to reload with batteries.

Good for kids as the first headlamp
I bougt two of "Tikkina 2 Headlamp" for My 4 and 6 yrs old boys. Headlamp was easier for children to operate rather than NINTENDO game. Actually, it's very simple gear, but necessary and sufficient features. This is best for the first headlmap for kids.

perfect headlamp
I gave this as a gift, and after seeing how great this tiny headlamp is I'm really jealous! It tiny light is extremely bright, but also has varying settings, that can be changed with one click. For a general use headlamp, it is a very good purchase.

Nice headlamp for a good price!
I purchased 2 of these headlamps for my daughters to use while camping. They were great! They worked well, were easy to use, and put out a good amount of light. Definitely worth the price!

Light, easy, best of all bright!
This is my second headlamp and it works great. I use it camping, but also working around the house. I have had good luck with Petzl headlamps, and I like the way you can change positions with this one.

Great little light
I use this light for early morning runs so that drivers can see you even without their morning coffee. This light replaced carrying a flashlight when running before daylight in the winter months which frees up both hands. Batteries are easy to replace and lasts for a quite a while. The adjustable band is comfortable and fits over my beanie.

Great starter headlamp
I purchased two of these headlamps for my two boys for Christmas. They are the perfect starter headlamp for kids and adults and the entry level price is great too. Plenty of light for night time trips to the woodpile, finding your way to the latrine from the tent, night time cooking at camp and similar activities. While I wouldn't use these to light my way on a mountain bike they do throw off plenty of light to accomplish any task around the house or the camp. The strap is very comfortable and secure.

Perfect!
