Platypus GravityWorks Filter

Lightweight and efficient, the Platypus GravityWorks Filter is an innovative way to collect, carry and filter up to 8 liters of water. Using a polyurethane foam filter housing, this pump-free water filter weighs in at less than 11 oz and includes 2 Platypus reservoirs, 2 hoses and the filter. Fill the dirty, zip-top reservoir from the water source, connect it to the hose and elevate it above the clean reservoir. You will have 4 liters of clean water in about 2.5 minutes. If the filter slows down or becomes clogged by silt or debris, simply raise the clean reservoir above the dirty one to back flush it with no worry of contaminating the clean water. Easy to fill, easy to operate and perfect for any ultra light journey.
