POC Skull X- Great product, not true to size

great helmet, great quality, however, they run small. i would recommend buying a size up!

We had to return for larger size, Had no problem what so ever! Thank You Altrec, haven't had a chance to use it yet, very excited to do so, I know my daughter will be a lot safer.

4 ventilation holes on front, but middle 2 blocked by inside, orange beanie insert; effectively no ventilation, but a great fit; giro 10 does not fit my football shaped head.

I bought this for my son who is in a local race team. This helmet is lignt and yet durable. He is having a blast racing down the mountain. Designed for extreme skiers and riders who push the limits and donÂ’t always make the landings, the POC Helmet is the ultimate protection for your brain. This helmet has a durable ABS/PC outer hardshell, with a thin, integrated PC inner shell. MIPS technology protects the brain when you suffer from oblique impact; a small plastic piece breaks during harsh, sliding impacts and allows a small rotation of the shell relative to the liner. Testing shows significantly reduced stress to the brain compared to helmets without the MIPS system. This POC helmet anticipates the worst falls to keep you better protected than any other helmet out there.

My racers love this helmet!

I have 2 racers, a J3 and J5. I purchased this for my J5 as he outgrew his old one. I liked how well it was padded and fit just right on the head. My older son saw it and we decided that it offered more padding than the Uvex he was currently wearing, so I ordered it for him. The only thing is POC helmets do run a tad small. They both say it is comfortable and really like it.
