Superlight stuff sack

I'm glad that Pod Sacs makes XXS (2.5L) and XS (4L) sizes for stuff sacks. I'd been using Outdoor Research stuff sacks (5L is the smallest) and was glad to see that the 2.5L and 4L stuff sacks are available for stuffing my puffy vest and jackets. Sea-to-Summit also makes 2.5 and 4L sacks which weigh slightly more than the Pod Sacs deluxe stuff sack. The Pod Sacs Ultralite Stuff sack is made out of siliconized Cordura which is about as light as it gets without turning to more exotic textiles. The fabric itself is waterproof, but there is no fabric flap at the opening, so if the bag takes a dunk, water will definitely get in through the cinched opening. If you're worried about moisture protection, get another sac. But if you want to shave every ounce in a durable lightweight sack, this is it.
