Cold hands still
March 22, 2013
These gloves, in medium, are too tight to be very comfortable. I have owned well over 50 pairs of gloves and mittens of all weights and designs in my life, all mediums, and these are, by far, the tightest. They also are not nearly as warm as I would expect them to be, given their design and purpose. I live in coastal New England and they are useless below 25F. It is possible that the snug fit makes them less warm, but the next size up, for me, would not work as the fingers would be too long. All these negatives aside, they are well made, well designed and probably durable. One other minor point: The thumb wipe, an absolute feature for all winter gloves, is adequate in the material used, but would be better in soft fleece. These gloves have now been used a dozen times, in temperatures from 20-40F, both with and without ski poles.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Ease of use, Cons: Low performance, runs smallCold fingers

I purchased these gloves for alpine skiing on days when I didn't need my more serious cold-weather gloves. The fit is very comfortable; however, I tried them out on a 25 F degree day and my fingers got cold immediately. Unacceptable. I will be returning them.
Pros: Ease of use, comfortable, Cons: Low performance, coldBlack, Brown, Rasta and White.
