Flattering but ill-fitting

I own two pairs of these leggings and was so happy with them at first. Sadly, after only wearing them two or three times, they became so stretched out that they barely stay up anymore. The waist has almost no elastic, so it's really difficult to get them to stay put. At first I was hesitant about the seams, but they are actually super flattering. I wear these for yoga and climbing, but they also look great under a skirt (like Prana's Sugar Skirt!) with a pair of boots. I normally wear a 2 or 4 in Prana pants and I wear a medium in these leggings. Although, if I was to order another pair, I might try to squeeze into a small for a better fit that doesn't sag down.
