A great combination of safety and security, the Ruff Wear Knot-a-Leash™ and Hoopie Collar™ Combo includes reflective trim woven into the rope and soft nylon tubular webbing for a comfortable wrap around the dog's neck. The attachment point is just as secure as a rock climber's rig, with the Knot-a-Leash™ providing a screwgate locking carabiner to attach to the Hoopie Collar's stainless steel welded D-ring.
