Whether it be a sudden leap towards a street when looking for a ball, or anxiously wanting to meet a new dog friend that isn't so friendly. . . this great device has been a God send!

Good emergency leash

This is a good leash for when you aren't sure if you'll need one. It doesn't have a handle per se, it's just a straight piece of webbing wtih a velcro spot to wrap it around your dog's neck. It's great for if you just need to grab him quickly and restrain him a bit. Not at all useful for walks or anything like that. It's designed for storing around the dog's neck while he plays and it serves that purpose quite well.

Great leash to have everywhere!

This leash is so easy to use! We take our dog Diego on walks, runs, bike rides, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, and more all the time. He is usually so good without a leash, but it's always nice to have one along for when we meet other dogs or people. This leash is so nice, because it just attaches to your dogs regular collar, wraps around his neck, and fastens by velcro. The red handle makes it easy to see where to grab the end of the leash when you want to use it. Highly recommend if you like to have a leash, but don't necessarily always need it.

this works great for my 80lb lab mix. he loves to get out and run but can get distracted easily so its nice to have a leash that he carries. makes my life much easier

Perfect leash for the off-leash dog!

Very convenient as it is just wraps around your dogs existing collar and you no longer have to dig your leash out of your pack. Great to have on your dog at the crag or other place where it's usually okay to have your dog off leash but may need to leash them up on the hike out or if another animal approaches. We live in South Dakota where buffalo, mountain lions, and other critters have come up on us so it's great to have peace of mind that we can quickly pull his leash off his collar if needed.

Good idea, but needs a little R&D on the snap so that it clips easier and lays flatter around the collar.

I bought the Quick Draw Leash in hopes to avoid the annoyance of carrying my dogs leash whenever I let him off of it in the outdoors. I know, I know you're not supposed to do that but come on. I know a lot of you out there do. Anyways, I was very excited to try out a leash/collar combo that he could keep track of instead of me. My only complaints are that there isn't really a loop at the end of it to put your hand through when you need to leash him and the velcro doesn't hold up well when it's wet. I solved the first problem very easily by just attaching a D-clip to the end but you have to remove it when you let your dog run as it weighs down the "collar" and will unravel it. My dog loves the water and this is how I found out the second problem concerning the velcro. It's not Rocket Science to know that velcro will not hold up well when wet and it really wasn't a big deal, just worth noting. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who's tired of keeping up with a leash on the trail but adding a larger loop-hole at the end would help out a lot.

This product is great! Taking my dogs off leash was always a hassle when I had to still run with the leash. This collar quickly wraps and unwraps when needed. Then my dog gets to carry her own leash!

This is a great product that fits over you dog's collar and ensures there is a leash available whenever you need it. The leash is usable for dogs from 20 to 70 pounds and maybe larger. It is well made and durable.
