I was looking to transition to a more minimalist shoe for running, but didn't want to go all the way to those dorky finger shoes. The first thing I noticed about these shoes is that they're insanely light. Under a pound for the pair! But they're super-comfy, too. They have just a bit of cushioning, but dispense wit the super-built-up heel common in running shoes right now. I felt great immediately running in these, with just a bit of calf and arch soreness for the first few days as I got used to running with less support. Keep in mind, if you're a heel striker or land heavily, these may not be great for you, or you may need a longer time to transition. I was already a natural fore-foot striker with a fairly light landing, so these were a good fit for my running style. I've now worn these for 4 months, including for a half marathon, and they are the most comfortable running shoes I've ever worn. My feet and legs get less tired when I run and I've gotten way faster. Oh, and they keep your feet nice and cool, because they're mostly mesh. Plus, these shoes are super-cute! I bought the purple-black-green ones and I get compliments all the time. I love that they don't look like your typical running shoe. Wish more companies would get on that bandwagon! I will say that I don't expect these to last as long as my typical running shoes would -- the materials seem a little less durable, since they're so lightweight

I bought these per recommendation from my coach and was not disappointed. The first time I put them on it seriously felt like I was flying. I didn't like the options for colors, but the functionality of feel of the shoe well made up for that. Great investment!

Great light weight trainer. True to size. Kinvara is narrower than other running shoes I've had in the past, but I find that to be a good thing. I also own a pair of Saucony Mirages, and after wearing both while running, I prefer the Kinvara.

I have had trouble finding the perfect running shoes. This is the first time I've purchased Saucony, and I am in love! These running shoes are perfect for indoor and outdoor use. It is very light and comfortable. It provides great support!
