Great Shoe for an Intermediate/Beginner Climber

I have not had much experience climbing but am a pretty athletic person. I rented shoes from a gym and then played around in a couple different pairs while shopping for my first climbing shoe. The second I put the Scarpa Thunder on my foot I was in love! The thick, stiff sole allows for great toe grips that I otherwise did not have the confidence to attempt. The shoe is also incredibly comfortable and pretty true to size.. I am a 7.5 in climbing shoes and stuck to a 7.5 in these. They are a little tight, as climbing shoes should be. Hope you enjoy the shoe as much as I do!
