Fit Tip for the Men's Celso Thong Plus: This is a Comfortable flip-flop which seems to run narrow-regular in its width. I normally wear a size 10/10.5 shoe and the sz. 10 fit me well.

2006-01-02Great beach thong Lightweight and super comfortable, does not hurt toes like some other thongs. Well padded and sole keeps grip. Worth the extra cost than the cheapies you can find at walmart.

Chris - 2006-02-08Nice flip-flop I have owned hundreds of flip flops and these are one of the best ever. Nice straps and cushiony instep. The only fault I found is that the pattern on the instep peels off as you wear them, but once all gone no longer bothered me. More comfortable than even Tevas that I paid much more for. I wear these 24/7!!

2006-09-18Very comfortable As long as you are OK with the thong between your big toe and the second, they are great. Super comfy, not stable for walking on rough terrain and VERY slippery when wet. (Between the ruber and your foot). Excellent around the house, beach, etc...

However, my wife bought a pair of the Celso thongs and asked me to try a pair for myself. I bought them and skeptically tried them on. they are so comfortable and do not irritate the space between my big toe and the next one like other thong sandals have. 2006-07-04Love Them! These thongs are soft, quiet, and hug your feet. I wore mine and my sone wore them all day (12 hours) at Disney in July and our feet felt great at the end of it all. That's saying alot about comfort and I love the fact that I can't hear my son walking in them (you normally hear people dragging their feet in thongs).

The one drawback is that the "Just Do It!" lettering peels off. (Mine peeled off the first day I wore them!) I highly recommend them and would definitely buy another pair!

Gervais Boudreaux - 2005-10-25Disposable The sole may not slip on most surfaces, but your foot will slip on the sole when it is wet. Standing or walking for long periods is hard on the foot. The material is also cheap and the straps may detach from the sole under excessive use. The best sandal nike made was an ACG Footscape that I cannot find. No thong, instead semi elastic straps held a padded material over the top of the foot. It didn't really stay on the foot but the sole was rugged like a shoe and contoured for the foot. The footbed was also gripped the foot when wet. If someone finds this sandal please contact me. Gervais

2008-04-09Slippy When Wet First impression is they're quite comfortable and the neoprene toe straps keep them tighter to the foot, which not only helps ambulation but reduces overall weight but as the foot sweats (and let's face it, flips are warmer-weather footwear) they get a little slippery: the foam on the footbed doesn't absorb moisture well, causing the rider to inefficiently lose a percentage of each stride.

Blythe - 2005-06-01I love this shoe. Third pair in three years. I found this show while in Hawaii and walking everywhere. My tennies were killing my feet and I just wanted to relax. These shoes are like heaven. I walked everywhere in them and felt great. I can't live without them now. I start wearing them essentially after the snow melts and until the snow returns. Love them!

2007-12-24Best thong sandal I've ever worn. They have slight arch support which you just don't get normally in a thong sandal. The straps fit snug against the feet so even if you have sand on your feet they remain comfortable. I don't end up with abrasions on my feet from the sand and the sandal straps rubbing together. These will spoil you and going to any other thong sandal will be difficult.

They are very soft and run somewhat small, i.e., I wear a 9 1/2 or 10 shoe so I ordered a 10 here. They're a perfect fit.

Mark - 2006-08-26Material stretches out too quickly making shoe feel loose. Flip Flops are great. The only problem I had with them as did my wife is that the top elastic part of the flip flop stretches out too quickly making the flip flop feel loose on your feet.
