Capable of carrying a super-sized 100 oz. of water or a favorite energy drink, the Camelbak Lobo Hydration Pack is able to quench your thirst for the long haul. Ideal for desert hikers, mountain bikers, and ultra-marathoners, the Lobo is a great selection for those who have infrequent opportunity to refill or don't want to stop and refill often. Even when the reservoir is full, the low profile design doesn't interfere with your bike helmet and it hugs the back so that it's hardly noticeable. Over the top of the insulated bladder sleeve, two pockets serve as handy storage for all sorts of small necessities. The air mesh shoulder straps and Air Director™ back panel offer enhanced ventilation for hot days and intense exertion. And last but certainly not least, the hydration system is dialed-in to perfection. The Omega™ HydroTanium™ reservoir and PureFlow™ delivery tube are equipped with HydroGuard™ to fight bacteria and fungus growth. The Big Bite™ Valve offers easy bite and sip access to cold refreshment, and the Hydrolock Shut-off Valve™ assures that the delivery tube does not leak between uses.

Water capacity is great for 3 hour ride. Padding for back is much better than Lobo packs from 3 or 4 years ago.

I bought the Lobo hydration pack and it's great. It's constructed of high quality materials and the workmanship is excellent. It holds three liters of water. It has two fairly large zipper sealed pockets and one open pouch. I easily put an inner tube in the bottom pocket and a mp3 player, a wallet, and a cell phone in the top pocket. And, a bike pump goes in the pouch. As with all Camelbak packs, the bite valve is the best there is. My only complaint is that if you screw the lid to the water bladder too tightly, it will be very difficult to remove. Just don't over tighten it and you'll be fine.

The lobo has proved to be just the right size for my distance running of 10-25 miles. It's big enough to hold enough water (3L) & supplies, but not too big to slow me down. The pack stays secure and is easily adjustable while on the move.

I bought this for my boyfriend to use as a day pack for climbing and bike rides. It is the perfect size to hold keys, a few small tools, a couple of protein bars, and a ton of water. A great no frills hydration system for mtn biking. 2 small pockets for flat kit, pump, snacks...etc. and one good size stuff-it pocket for an extra layer, arm warmers and the such. A great choice unless you like bringing the kitchen sink.

The pack fits very securely. It's extremely appreciated while mountain biking. It holds all my tools, 2 tubes and protein bars with just enough room to carry a light jacket or vest. Did I mention, it carries a lot of water:)

I wanted a lightweight camelbak that could be packed in my suitcase and used while I travel and for biking. I have an original HAWG and love it. The straps are different (not as much padding) on this one and aren't as comfortable but for short day hikes its fine.

The combo of hydration and storage was a great idea, when we go riding this enables us to take fewer breaks to go back to camp for snacks and we can keep our valuables with us,keys,phones and also first aid basics.
