The premiere waterproof-breathable top by Sierra Design, The Cyclone Parka for Men comes parka-length for great coverage and total protection. The Cyclone Parka relies on Cyclone 2.5-layer waterproof-breathable shell fabric and Bevis PVC-free seam taping for total weather protection. An adjustable hood, dual storm flaps, and drawcord waist and hem seal out even wind-driven rain and snow when you're approaching the summit. Extremity Vents™ and breathable Cyclone fabric dump heat when your exertion levels rise. The Cyclone features a performance fit to stay out of the way and complement all your high-energy pursuits.

I got this jacket a bit large so that I can layer. It fits true to size, has not yet let in a drop of water and has truly been one of the best jackets I've ever owned. I haven't had the opportunity to wear it in a nor'easter or hurricane yet, but it's time is coming. Every impression I've gotten from it so far suggest I will be quite dry.

I am 5'8 160lbs and Medium fits me perfectly. It provides just enough space for layering. True blue color looks little darker than it's shown in picture above.
I have an Arc'teryx Theta AR for which I have paid over $400, but I wouldn't have bought it if I knew I could buy a waterproof, and fully taped seam jacket for under $60. Bang for the buck! This jacket beats most of the waterproof jackets out there.
