They surely do the job
I've found that these are lightweight, compressible, have a soft interior, keep my feet warm, and have a solid yet soft eva footbed. When I first got them I took them outside to test them in 26 degree temps. My feet never got cold. I didn't really feel like they significantly warmed up my feet, but they never allowed them to drop in temp. only stay warm the whole time I had them on. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

Growing on me...
I bought these slippers to replace old mules. When I first put them on, it seemed like they didn't have nearly as much down stuffing as my old pair. At first, they were stiff and creaky, but since I've been wearing them for a few weeks, they've softened nicely and feel good on my feet. They definitely keep my feet warm on cold VT nights!
