Initial Assessment Favorable
I bought this bag based on my needs and a couple reviews found online. One of those reviews was very detailed and convinced me to give this bag a try. I've examined the bag indoors only but came away impressed with what I've seen so far.
Half Zipper: The lack of full zip almost caused me to pass on this bag. Happy I didn't because it hasn't really caused any problems entering or exiting the bag. Saves a little weight too.
Footbox Zipper: Clever idea added to increase venting if necessary. Nice to have it if you need it.
Materials: Appear lightweight but tough enough to withstand mild abuse. Real world testing will hopefully confirm.
Hood: Is designed more like a standard jacket hood than traditional sleeping bag hood. First test seemed comfortable even when cinched down tight.
Size/Stretch: Says it should fit users 6 feet and under. I am 5'10" and it seems to fit perfectly for me. A 6' person might find the fit a little tight. Mummy style at first appears a little tight but the stretch design of the bag allow it to flex just enough for me to comfortable. It doesn't stretch like a Montbell bag but I didn't expect it to. For reference, I am 5'10", 180 lbs and fairly broad shoulders. I have always preferred a little more room in my sleeping bags but feel like I could make this work quite well.
Weight: At 26 oz this bag a a couple ounces heavier than most of the 800 fill 30 degree bags I was considering but it also has 12 oz of down. That's 1 or 2 more ounces than the other comparable 30 degree bags. It's also EN tested/rated so you have a general idea of the bag's true warmth.
If you're looking for a slightly warmer than average 30 degree bag that isn't too heavy then give this bag a look. So far it has been worth the money. I'm hoping my field test will confirm that.

Good bag for the weight
Good bag for the weight. Bought for the JMT becasue it was so light. It is roomy for a mummy bag, but I am a thrasher sleeper and for me, I needed more room to be fully comfy. But I am keeping the bag for those times that I need to get the weight down.

Good All Around Backpacker
As soon as the snows started to clear in the Wasatch range I took this back out for a try. It compacts nicely and kept me warm when the temps dipped down into the 30s in the early morning. Great 3 season bag.
