I'm 5ft 90lbs and ordered size S because I want to be able to layer underneath for cooler weather and it is perfect! I've tried all waterproof jackets out there...Marmot's Precip, Skyline, and Phoenix jackets, TNF's Venture, Kaya, and Decagon jackets, but this one by Sierra Designs has the most comfortable fit, the longest length, and the best price!

Have basically only used the jacket for daily activities - but worn on wet and windy days. I have worn it during several drizzling hours of dog walking and remained perfectly dry. Longer length is great with use of two-way zipper. Insulates well when worn with a base layer. I plan to use this during hiking and backpacking trips as it is lightweight and should fit in a pocket for easy access.

This jacket has a large hood, with a visor, and nice big arm vents. Inside pockets are an added bonus. Longer than I expected, but easily covers your backside and great if you want to sit down. Velcro on the cuffs and velcro over the zipper to keep water out. Overall, nice jacket. Very thin, lightweight. It was a little big for me, definitely not fitted. I'm 5'7", 139lbs. I needed it for running and a little room is good, but I'm going with a small so I'm not swimming in it, but still have a relaxed fit. And for the price, you can't beat it and the fast shipping!

It's been a rainy spring. I've used my jacket a lot. I'm exposed to the elements at work and it's nice and light weight and comfortable. I don't feel steamed up in it because it breathes. I got the grasshopper green; it's brighter than the picture. Flattering and more cheerful than the olive it appeared to be. I'm very pleased with it.

I searched every online outfitter I could find for a good raincoat at a reasonable price, and this is the one I ended up getting. It has every feature I was looking for; a visor on the hood, venting, light enough to take backpacking, fabric lined collar, and the length to keep my butt dry. Other raincoats with comparable features cost at least $20 more than I paid for this one, and none of them had EVERYTHING I was looking for. Also, I really appreciate the drawstring inside the waist. Even though it adds extra weight, it makes the coat a lot more flattering for around-town wear. I got the Cocoa color, and it is more like the picture than its name - dark purple/plum, not brown. I usually wear an XS or Small in clothing, so I bought a Small jacket in order to layer it over over everything, and it's pretty much the perfect size. Any smaller, and the sleeves would've been too short - any bigger and it would've looked like I was wearing my dad's coat. I think I might stay on the lookout for an ultra-light packable raincoat with absolutely no frills to take when the chance of rain is slim to none, but this will definitely be my go-to jacket when there's a good chance I'll actually need to wear it.
