A great all around tent!
September 06, 2012

If your looking for a bomber backpacking tent or even a weekend car camping tent the solo is it! It is a little heavy but not badly and the inside is roomy for three people. It's also great for tall guys. Plus there are a ton of organizing pockets so everyone has a place to stash things.

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Ease of use, Great value, Cons: a little heavy

Great Tent For Tall People
November 23, 2011

I am over 6 feet, so finding a lightweight tent that is long enough is a challenge. This tent fits the bill. It comfortably sleeps 2 big/tall people, 3 would be a tight fit, but doable. I use mainly for float trips so light weight is important, but I'm not counting ounces. The floor has held up well with the use of the additional footprint on gravel and sharp rocky sites. So far no leaks, and I have had it in some heavy downpours. Overall this a great tent at a reasonable price.

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of use, Great value

This is the easiest tent I have ever set up, this is the 6th tent I have owned. It has the best use of space on the interior and vestibule area. The tent held up great in heavy rain and wind, it never moved, and I was dry the whole time.
