It's a toned-down cousin to the expert-oriented Hot Rod Jet Fuel, but the narrower waist gives the Hot Rod Nitrous a bit easier turn initiation and a tighter turn radius. It's an ideal combo for skiers who like to rip through the tree line long after the powder hounds have packed down the freshies. Like the Hot Rod Jet Fuel, the Nordica Hot Rod Nitrous ski features a XBS (X Balance System) binding interface that transmits consistent pressure from your boots to the ski edges for improved stability, balance and control. Extra heel pressure from the back of the ski is transferred through the XBS interface to the area in front of the binding, redistributing your skiing power unlike anything else available on the market. The Hot Rod Nitrous also has a lively wood core with Nordica's 2V Active CA construction, a closed power train chassis specifically designed for fast and aggressive skiing.
