This seat cushion is a butt saver! I paddle dragon boat and outrigger and this pad has literally saved my butt. No longer do I slip off the bench or get blisters from long duration paddles. It's thin-ness is great so you don't sit higher in the boat, yet still provides great cushion. A little pricey, but worth it.
