Smartwool is the best

I have tried other balaclava, masks, neck warmers, and this is the best I have ever used! It keeps you warm all day long even when it gets wet (by snow or breathing). I wore it already on several powder/snowy days and I love it! The only complaint I have is it only comes with one size, and the fitting is too loose for me (female with small frame). I have to tie it with my helmet stripes.

I love wearing this balaclava under my ski helmut, Smartwool has the weight of the fabric is just right. no itchy head or over heating also comfortable cut around your head and neck. The opening for your face can be pulled over your nose or below your mouth. I wear a large Giro G10 helmut. Have had it for 2 seasons and still looks new.

Use this for cycling in cold temperatures. It keeps me nice and warm, protected from the wind. Can't ride without it.

A very smart product. It protected my ears, neck, chin, forehead, and head without itching or chafing. It fits well under my hats and hoods of coats. I have no complaints and recommend this natural product over products of man-made materials.

I have tried other balaclavas and the Smartwool is, by far, the most comfy. I have a large head, so it's tough to find stuff that fits well. The Smartwool has a lot of stretch to it, which makes it fit better than others. It also fits well under a helmet.
