Another quality Smartwool product; all the benefits of their usual material in a compression sock. They work wonders for recovery and can be worn as warm knee-highs too. The only thing less than ideal about them is that the Smartwool material doesn't look "new" for very long. I suggest washing them inside-out for best results.

I purchased those socks based on other reviews. I am a very active athlete and need to recover as efficiently as possible for my next workout or race. These socks fit well, keep "the snug" all the time and i will use them also for skiing, since I am on my feet for hours. Awesome product! Thanks.

I have used these for snowboarding, running and working out at the gym. They are excellent socks and I intend to purchase additional pairs. I highly recommend if you are looking for a an alternative to synthetic compression socks.

I am so impressed with these compression socks that I ordered another pair. Most compression socks are made of synthetic materials so I was very interested to see if these wool socks would be effective. They surpassed my expectations and are the perfect blend of compression and comfort. I wear a size 10 shoe and the large size fits perfectly.
Pros: natural fiber, perfect fit, not hard to take offbest compression socks ever!

I have been wearing compression socks to work my 12hr shifts in for several years. When one brand wears out, I get another. I wore these Smartwools for the first time today and they were great. The sizing was accurate, and they stretched to fit my larger calves. They stayed up all day, had plenty of toe room all day, my feet could breath well-- good temperature regulation. They look like there have sturdy compression to last a while also. They may be pricey, but I have decided it's worth it... I'm buying another 2 pairs!

I have health issues which involve foot swelling and I'm currently doing a treatment where I can't take NSAIDs. These socks are a lifesaver! They're top notch quality, fit, comfort, and the compression gets the job done but isn't uncomfortable. I love the feel of the soft wool against my skin as opposed to the synthetic fabric that most compression socks are made of. Definitely a good purchase!!
