disappointed

Let me start by saying I love Smartwool socks. I have used their socks for hiking, running, cycling, snowboarding and general use. These toe socks fell short for me. The toes seem short, especially for the last two toes. I expect them to be as durable as the other socks in the Smartwool line.
Pros: Build quality, Cons: sizing on last two toesI love my toe socks

I never thought I would even try on my toe socks, but now I can't live without them. Regular socks have always put pressure on my toes and caused pain when walking for long distances. With toe socks there is no pressure - I am pain-free and wear them all the time. I like Smartwool the best for fit and quality.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, comfortable, Cons: CostToe socks

The Smart Wool toe socks are the most durable of any toe socks I've tried. After many long runs the are still snug and I have had zero hot spots. I can't wait to ski in them.

I used to get blisters between my baby toe and the one next to it. But not anymore thanks to these socks. I wish they were plain black, without the red trim and logo. I am also a bit irritated that shipping is charged to a post office box.
Pros: Build quality, Ease of use, Great valueGreat sock for FiveFinger shoes

I bought these socks to wear with my FiveFinger shoes from Vibram. I like them so much that I often wear the socks around the house even when I don't plan to wear the shoes. Great sock!

maybe my toes are irregular

I love Smartwool socks (and clothes) in general and I have no complaints about how soft or well made these toe socks are but the sizing doesn't work with my feet. I usually wear Mediums but since I'm right at the top of that size (woman's shoe 9-9.5) the company recommended sizing up since the socks would shrink. Sure enough, when I wore them before washing and drying, they wouldn't stay on my little toe, though the big toe was almost snug and my super-long second and third toes were longer than the socks' were. Unfortunately even after washing and drying, the socks still tend to slip off that toe. Maybe it's cause I'm wearing them with sandals and they would stay put better in a shoe. And I do have those weird little toes that tuck under their neighbors. If you have normal feet these would probably work better. They are very soft and comfortable and warm.
Pros: Build quality, Cons: Bad designNo blisters with toe socks.

My son started running with me. I had purchased socks for him, but he kept getting blisters. He said a friend of his wears toe socks to run, so I gave these a try. A huge improvement. He finds them very comfortable. They wash nicely. I do not put them in the dryer. I did order an XL for him, he wears a size 12 sneaker.
Pros: Great design, PerformanceGreat socks

Bought these to wear with huaraches sandals in the cold. They work well and are very comfortable. I like that they hold their shape very well and seem to be wearing well.

I got holes after three months
January 27, 2013
I love these socks because they are wool based; hence, they don't stick easily. I run 5/6 days a week and these socks are nice to wear with barefoot running shoes either Vibram Five Fingers or Merrell Barefoot. I use sports soap to wash my athletic gear so they last longer due to the fact that regular detergent will shorten the life of the athletic gear for sure. After 3 months, compared to the non-wool based Injinji socks, these socks fail to last. I have holes in impact areas like pinky toes and side of the feet. I am going to stick with Injinji. They stink more but they last longer. I don't mind washing them frequently and long as I get the ROI.
