I haven't taken these trekking yet, but just wearing them in these cold wintry months in Wisconsin have been rewarding! Very warm socks, a plus for those of us with poor circulation in our extremities. I was also very satisfied with the fit. I wear a size 12, and frequently have troubles finding socks that fit well. These are great!
