A flat-knit toe seam reduces chafing and provides long-lasting durability. The SmartWool Women's Adrenaline Light Crew sock is also designed to flex with the foot, not twist, bunch, and wander as the miles stack-up. Elastic arch and ankle braces keep the sock in place. Similarly, a special instep contour flex zone allows foot and sock to move as one.
