I like to wear ballet flats, but can't wear them without socks. The "hide and sleeks" are perfect. They don't peek out of the shoe and keep my feet comfortable.

Love SmartWool and Ice Breaker socks. These SmartWool socks are great because they are warm and hidden in my dress shoes! I also have these in natural. It is nice to have both colors.

Slipped off my heel inside my shoes after only a short walk. Difficult to figure out which way around to wear them. Hard to tell which end is toe and which end is heel.

The socks are very soft and well made but didn't stay on. They slid down off my heel within a few steps. Maybe with different shoes they will work better but I bought them for that particular pair of shoes.

I purchased a couple pairs of these for my girlfriend for her birthday after hearing her complain a few times that she hated wearing flats, moccasins, etc. without wearing socks. So I found these and she couldn't have been happier. She's had nothing bad to say about them. She says they're comfortable and they can't be seen with most shoes. Now she has no complaints about wearing flats. It was definitely a good gift. I would buy them again anytime.

These are a great companion to toms or sanuks. They are very low, and you can't tell your wearing socks. I hate the feeling of sweaty feet and the smartwool wick away the moisture.

These socks are great for when you want that sockless look with the comfort of wearing socks. They hug my feet really nice without feeling like they're going to slip off. They do show a little if you are wearing really low-cut ballet flats, but otherwise are a great buy. I liked the oatmeal colored ones so much that I also purchased a black pair.

I got these thinking they would be a comfortable alternative for my work shoes vs knee highs or other more restrictive version of these footies. They are very comfortable but too thick to wear with any sort of dress shoe.

Although there's not a lot to them, these socks serve their purpose well. They're perfect no-shows for flats and moccasins. They fit true to size, and barely peek out of even my most minimal shoes :) Good quality and good fit--exactly what I would expect from Smartwool.

the toe is a little boxy, but otherwise this is a perfect sock. another great product from smartwool!

I only wear Smartwool socks year round. Cool in summer. Warm in winter. Comfortable year round. I typically wear size medium Smartwool socks, but for the Hide and Sleek a small fit better when wearing shoes. I wear a 7.5. The medium was acceptable, but not a stocking fit like I wanted. .

I took two black pairs with me to Europe and I could have done with one since they dried overnight after washing in the sink. I never got a blister despite walking all day many days. My feet were comfy in my black Mary Jane type shoes, which were much more stylish than tennis shoes and went with everything, so I only needed one pair of shoes.
